Our mission is to be the educational users group for Avaya products, services, applications and related providers.
We are a channel of communication and information for our members.
Through our business partnership with Avaya and other organizations, we influence Avaya products, services and policy directions for the benefit of member companies.
Through open forums we share value-added global communications solutions with our memberships.

Provide value-added services to our members.
Develop opportunities to share successes and concerns among ourselves, as well as with Avaya and other business partners.
Provide an interactive forum for accurate and timely dissemination of information about Avaya products and services globally.
Retain our impact in the telecommunications arena as a long range, strategic planning and development partner with Avaya.
